renovation and expansion. The entire process was

that went by where we couldn't get in touch with
someone immediately and ALL our phone calls were
returned.
Additionally, the quality of the work and attention
to detail did not go unnoticed. A special thanks to
Tommy and Bill who repeatedly aimed to please, making
sure we were 100% satisfied and things were done right
the first time. There was respect for our time. our
home, our finances and most importantly our family and
safety. Our trust and confidence was quickly and
deservedly earned even before the project began. We
would tell friends, family and co-workers before the
job started that we had a really good feeling about
Built Tough and that we believe the project would be
done on schedule. The reactions wew would get from
folks would run the gamut of "Yeah Right",
They haven't even started Yet", "These
projects never finish on time", and often these
reactions would come with a little chuckle as if we
were in for some surprises. Well, Built Tough proved
